At Antheaa, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Charges

  • Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days (where available).

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and delivery speed.

  • We currently ship within India. (International shipping coming soon.)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays (courier disruptions, weather, festive rush, etc.) may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. Antheaa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
